surfboard and kiteboard baggage

HI, I am travelling with Air Asia to Indo - I am concerned about the (Any number of pieces is allowed) that they say in the sports equipment baggage section.
Can I take more than one board bag - say one for my surfboard and one for my kiteboard (TT) with my kites and bars etc packed inside as well?
Any Info from people who have taken more than one board bag or know the score would be much appreciated.
It seems like I can, as long as I am in the weight range. But I don't want to get to the airport and have to re-pack or pay more for an extra board bag etc. Plus you pay twice as much at the airport compared to online.
I presume kites aren't classified as sails - @ least I hope not.

I thought there might be small print somewhere, that I missed allowing only one boardbag.

I know on Indo domestic flights, the airlines often open the bags and charge you per board even if in the one bag.

Thanks for answering - I was starting to think all the stuff I've been reading on this forum for the past 15 months about people travelling to
Indo surfing and kitesurfing was all B***s**t, or they just couldn't be bothered answering what they thought was a dumb question.

But, even after paying for 25kgs sports equipment and the rest of our baggage etc Air Asia is between $500 and $600
cheaper than Garuda on a return fare for 2 people to northern Sumatra.
