Not sure if this is what you are looking for..Its in the beginning of this vid of Ruben.

You might recognise some of the locations..Maybe even the music!

Its difficult to do in the water, but on land pull both back lines hard and then as it lifts up, release one of the lines to get it to turn around. I use it in light wind if i can't get the kite to flip using one line.

there used to be kites that you could make fly backwards they where the best for snow kiting but the lines just wore out to quickly.

Used to do this with Flysurfer kites in water all time and works a treat with the Rev also. Simply get hold of outside / leader lines about half to a meter from end of bar and give good pull, kite should lift off water backwards a few meters or enough to spin it around as you release one of the lines. Remember the kite is now downwind and in the power zone, ideally you'd have your board on your feet to brace against the kite and also with the kite first de-powered. Fly it to the edge of window or use to pop you up and off again.

If you just pull on one side line most kites will relaunch.

Looks like if you get a reverse launch wrong that you could end up with a looping bonanza ending in tears ,,,

Looping bonanzas are dangerous. Could happen to any kite, far less chance with a 5th line kite.

How about some of the latest delta shapes. These dont stay in the water long and auto relaunch super easily.
Pray you dont get these tangled up, or it could be an auto loop bonanza.
