yea well I'm going to brisbane this sunday and looking at the forecast.... well i don't think ill be needing my 16
. Just hoping its not too windy for my 12m (my smallest kite). Oh yea I use a 134 Naish Thorn

I'd be guessing about 25 knots at a top end, but as loco said that depends greatly on ability. Being an 80kg early-intermediate rider i'm happy putting up my 11m Instinct in anything up to ~25 knots, as long as the gusts stay below 30. With a bit more experience i'd imaging i'd get another couple of knots out of it.
One way to find out; rig it, launch it, ride it. 
yea thats what i though. If its too windy, pull the oh-**** and watch everyone else, or flog my friends smaller kite
