When my kite is ready to launch it wont it tries to fly but drops back to the ground , when i pull the black repower knob the kite flys normal as soon as i let go of the repower k
nob and hold the bar with two hands while im connected to the harness the repower knob slides back up by it self and the kite falls out of the sky again.
Hi Stuntnaz
I had one of these ol puppies. Did you change your lines recently? I'd try putting the back lines on the shortest setting, ie: back lines as short as poss & give it a fly.
Thanks for replying I have not changed lines on the kite ill try setting the lines as you said next time im TRYING to kite . It seems to me that the Centerline Adjustment Strap is not holding were you set the repower or depower too it just keeps sliding right into full depower
Man get someone to look at it . I have and still use the same set up usally i have too tug on the repower cord a couple of times while kite is pulling on it . Connect your rear lines on the middle knot i have found that this is more than enough for most conditions if you set on the first knot i find kite stalls easy as and if you put it on the end knot the kite has not much power i.e last knot if it is blowing over 20 kn middel knot for most conditions . There is a hell of a lot of depower using the 2:1 set up just by pushing bar away . Dont depower it you dont need it in most conditions especially on launch . What i say is you are depowering way too much with the depowered pull and bar forward there is no kite left at a angle too catch any wind . pulling the red knob is shorting the front lines pull black is making lines loger again .
What the hell reading ya post again you sould not even be launching with out be connected in SEEK HELP before you hurt your self or someone else
