Im sure its been discussed before. Does anyone have some info on a good company that does health insurance for our sport incase something unfortunate were to happen and time off work medical bills etc needed to be covered.

I just updated all my insurances TPD/Trauma etc.......ANZ One Path covers kite boarding (non competitive/professional).
*edit - oops thought you meant income protection, I need to check my private health (medicare private) covers me I guess.
For income protection:
I bundle mine with super (Australian Super), I found it much cheaper this way. I think it's a bit over $40 a week for about $400k death payout and $6k a month income protection after 90 days until age 65. They didn't care when I told them I kitesurf and play sports, ride a motor bike etc. those activities didn't effect anything.
Mine is also bundled with super, apparently it's more cost / tax effective this way
Combined Insurance cover everything for me ! Income protection and all my health insurance.
