Found a deal for a penrith cable park season pass (1 April 2015 - 30 Sept 2015) for $99 on another forum I visit. Apparently normally $895. Link here: www.ozbargain.com.au/node/182574.
Not affiliated nor live in NSW - just thought I'd give heads up. Apologies if it's old news.
Hadn't seen it yet but the winter pass was the same price last year from what I remember (I didn't get one).
Pretty sure they only open 2 days a week during winter and then when the summer season hits they will bump back up to normal price and open every day.
Still for $99 if you go 3 times it's paid for itself and the crowds are way down from summer queues...
Through winter they're open Thursday to Sunday. Just remember to bring your wetty. It can be a bit chilly in there sometimes.

Yea selling for $98.99
The last time I went it took 20 mins+ to wait for each go and there were hoards of screaming kids.
So I went and bought a boat, and now I can go wakeboarding 15 mins from my house and there'll never be more than 2 people in line.
I have to say though, it feels a bit lame compared to being pulled by a kite!
How do you go with putting rails in the river?
In my eyes cable is 40% boat 40% kite 20% park
