new to yeppoon

looking for kiters in yeppoon
just moved to the area
enjoy flat water and the surf

not working at the moment so school hours or dawn patrols all good!

anyone going tomorrow

the big question is, do you have a 4x4? if you do, sandy is where I live every windy day of the year. the the other locals just go down to the main beach infront of the sailing club. you will only ever see me there if its looping weather. other then that mullumbin is nice, but I sandy is where its at.

Kemp90,
Do you sail in the southern channel just to the leeward side of Sandy point or do you kite the bar? Also is there still a heap of flood debris.

Hey mate. The only place I don't go is the main channel to Waterpark creek, there are large toothy animals in there. On a NE- W, I kite in fishing creek and every other wind I'm out the front, tucked in behind a sand bar or if it's light wind sit in the runout. the only debri is sunck trees in fishing creek.
