U have got to be kidding.

I am not going to eat my gardening hat if proven wrong but have another look...

When laying out panels for stitching you use double sided tape to align everything then stitch. Any structural element in the sail is stitched. Are you talking battern or strut?
If it is a strut then a lot of struts are designed to have a floating section behind where they attach to the LE. The area coming un-glued would likely be beyond the stitching run and irrelevant. (If that is the case UR just finishing the running in period)
If it is a battern pocket then the stitching is likely to have been missed - solution get it stiched in a sail loft.

can i explain it another way,the main bladder to strut on the main side is not secure in the LE ? jacket.
simple question, to check my bladder , kite doctors out there let me know, and give it a rest if you can;t add anything positive
