at the ripe of age of 40 im over showing off, just want a simple question answered from people that understand there are other places to kite outside WA.
there are plenty of kiters that travel
Kiting on the NS of Oahu in winter doesn't happen much. The windy season general starts in April-May and blows all (Hawaii) summer long. The wave off TB pool bar is small and short. If you want to surf close to TB there are some secret spots just make friends with the bartenders that work there or any of the boys from Lei Lei's and they'll tell you where you can go. If it gets windy w/ the right direction it generally is super gusty and best kited down towards sunset side. Generally most of the boys will kite on a 9m or 8m and I get out on my 6m. Have fun and maybe I'll see ya in the water when I'm back visiting! Aloha
