I would like to get a couple of kite surfing lessons in exchange for me giving you a couple of kayaking lessons.

I see you fullas out off swanbourne and mosman park carving it up on the waves on your kite boards. It looks like wicked fun and im really keen to get into the sport. Im a really good paddler. So, if your just beginning to kayak and want to learn to eskino roll, surf waves etc, or more advanced and want to learn some good technique im keen to give you a couple of kayaking lessons in exchange for some kite surfing lessons.
Im based in Swanbourne Perth, so anyone near give me a buzz or email and can try sort something out.

hahahahahahah....

umm on what kite?? def not one of my babies.

I think you may need to get some profesional lessons. Kitesurfing is not as easy as you think. Some people get it but the most of us are eating sand for at least the first month! If you want to be safe then get a trainer who know's what they're doing. Kiting is a lot more dangerous & expensive! than you think.(new: kites start from ~$1200, boards from ~$1000 and bars from ~$400)

First step prob is to get yourself a trainer kite (2m~$140) and learn the basics.

Good luck with your search-maybe there is someone out there who can teach and wants kayakin lessons.
But at the end of the day its prob best to get a trainer who is skilled and qualified.

Hey nzcanoer,

Miss Jessie is all over it, you need professional lessons on the right gear from a decent school or instructor.

All of our access to sweet beaches is becoming at serious risk from people taking dodgy lessons from mates, buying crap or inappropriate gear thru the quokka or ebay, and then kooking out on public beaches.

I think you will find you get a lot heat from local riders now if you start kooking in light of the Mullaloo issues (another topic).

A trainer kite and a DVD will help heaps, but is no substitute for good lessons. I or any of the other schools in Perth can help you, although I don't want kayaking lessons.

Do the right thing ........ for all of us!

Good winds,
