micko are you talking about sir james mitchell park . only worthwhile kiting on a NE.

Sure this has come up before and no it's not a cool place to go at all. Check the WAKSA website for metro spots.

there is nothing wrong with that patch of water if it is a NE . anything else won't work

Not wanting to give it this particular location the nod - its fraught with complications of all sorts.
BUT if you decide to try it make sure you wear hard soled booties.
The soft mud shallows are chokkers with broken glass - like in - every step is a dangerous one.
