Moti Levy in NSW (I realise the other side of the world for you) charges in the vicinity of $30 to $35 per metre (of damage). If you measure the length of the tear it will at least give you a rough figure of what you will be up for. (excluding postage obviously) He works at AR Wakensurf in Tweed Heads. Do a search on the net and you can get his mobile number and talk direct with him, or if you have a copy of KBM he advertisers in there. He will courier the kite back to you once repaired. I have a kite with him at the moment and whilst I haven't yet seen his work I am told that he is very good.

I should mention that pricing doesn't include if he has to remove bladders etc. which costs a little more. Just realised I sound like a commercial. If I keep this up I might have to start asking for some sort of commission.

Moti Levy is very good. I had an 06 waroo witha burst leading edge. The repair was about 50cm long (stitching and bladder) and it cost me about $120. It cost me $20 to post it there from WA and he got it back to me for free in just over a week. Better than throwing it in the bin!

If you are in WA, then there is only one person...and that is Neil.

Yeah. Neils fixed my waroos more than once and you'd never know they were fixed. Bad tears too.
