Help please,

can anyone advise me on whether my kite is fixable, Ive posted a pic under kiteboarding in the photo section of the site...

The leading edge is ripped along the centre seam about 280 degrees, only not being ripped on the back seam of the leading edge where the rest of the kite is sewn on. There is a horizontal rip along from this seam to the 1st valve (20cm). The bladder has a T shaped hole in it, about 15cm for the - and 10cm for the | part of the rip.

Im in South Africa, not Aussie at the moment, so i just want advise on whether the repair will be satisfactory for strength and safety or will it likely rip in this place again if repaired etc
'
its a 04 airush lift, so only worth like 400-500 ish anyways, so repair cost VS replacement need to be determined,

Thanks for any advice...
