Myself and fellow male kiter both 25 are in need of someone to share our new pad. Room is medium sized unfurnished.
House is townhouse with 2 bath and 3 bed. Balcony with 'ocean glimpses'.
256 steps to the beach. Typical day off can consist of 2 surfs and a kite at brighton.

walking distance to all necessary things: beach, coles, take away, 4 pubs, kite shop and neighbours with full ocean view.

Looking for someone who is working fulltime (wants to stay for a long period) therefore not so much a weekday party animal, who can share our chilled abode.

This is how I found the guy I'm currently living with so fingers crossed we can do it again.
p.m. if your interested

Now thats not strictly true, is it Miss C. If i remember correctly NickT and I found him, homeless, cold, and filled with wide eyed wonder at the WAKSA AGM, and said we knew someone who was legally able to sponsor and help re-locate a wind starved 'east-coaster'!
