Anyone got any tips for good place to stay in hawaii? This isn't a kitesurfing holiday (honeymoon) but thought there may be some people around here who have gone before and could give some recommendations?
We're thinking maybe Maui for a week at somewhere a bit quieter and relaxing then a few days in waikiki to see the sites. Then off to Vegas for a few days 
I had my honeymoon in Maui then Waikiki, a week in each last year. If we could do it again we would do Waikiki then Maui. Maui is so much more relaxed.
On Maui we stayed at Kaanapali beach in an apartment, all the good resorts are in Wailea.
I didn't do any kiting as I only started at the beginning of this season but definitely planning to go back as Naish and Cabrinha are both based on Maui and do all there testing around the island!
On Maui you will need a car, it's a must.
