Just got myself a nice 2nd hand 2005 fuel with a 4 line bar set up... if I want to ride unhooked , where is the best place for me to attach my leash to the bar???
probably a really stupid question but I normally use a 5 line system ....

Hey Gadget, the best thing to do if you are riding a Fuel unhooked is to either add a 5th line to it, or make your self a good suicide leash and pick a less crowded place to ride and ride downwind of everyone else.

The other alternative is to attach to a single flying line, but this will result in tangles almost everytime you drop the bar or miss a pass.

Go suicide equipped with a good quality safety release at the harness end of the leash, or go 5th line.

Good winds,

If you are riding the standard SS 4 line system it uses the o'sh!t handles (#6 in the pic above) as the leash attachment point. As Kitehard says this results in tangles, but does effectively depower the kite.

If you need a quick release (safety) attachment for your leash let me know. I have some brand new wipika ones going cheap. Cheers, Warren
