I'm guessing they're backless bindings, and that its a 132 not 123 board.
However, Lou would have ridden bindings on a 95cm board, though perhaps not with a seat harness...

Awww come on guys just trying to get cash for some things i found on the beach one windy day.Only used twice cause i dun got raggdolled and no not the inflatable kind .you know the ones i'm talking about.
Cant ring him as gumtree only has email address, he has put his home address, so if anyone has lost a Naish board and 10.5 flexifoil with cables and kite steering, get a few friends together and pay him a visit .
