Should be a separate GoPro section as 99% of the videos are total crap.

not sure it should be anywhere
the problem with the self promotion generation, no quality filters

I'm amazed at how many pros there are out there that must have been absolutely killing it since they first flew a kite. Doing well for 3 months riding mate, keep it up and you'll be ripping over the haters in no time.

What I will say is stay outside of the yellow markers at Melville. Don't do your transitions so close to shore

My pet hate there when it used to be my local. 3 months in youll get away with it 99 times, and then youll be picking your kite out of a tree on the 100th. Please turn outside the launch and landing zone marked clearly by the yellow bouys that WAKSA got approval for so we can keep kiing there.....

Will do - pity everyone abuses it! Definatly don't want my kite in a tree usually I'm pretty good at following the rule it's just a pity the gf doesn't wanna walk out far into the river to get some good footage when I came in haha

Cheers for all the comments bad and good ,keep bumpin the thread n get the vid more views

Cool Dude. Keep up the stoke. the wind is so flukey in the last 50m to the shoreline and eventualy you will get caught out. The Western-bouy upwind is where we used to get footage from. We would bring a ladder down and put it in the water 20m west of the bouy and a further 40m out. Newbies cant hit you as they cant get upwind. Getting yourself filmed is a great stoke. Get a crew and you get some good stuff, elevated and not compromising safty. You initiate your jump just downwind of the ladder and youre not backlit.... Keep it coming.

There is NO noobies section. But it should be in the WA section.

Never the less, that's not bad for 3 months into it. You're a natural dude.

Hang on ( 3 and a half months since i started back in November ) so is this a come back or have you never kited prior to 3.5mths ago?
You must have been getting a lot of time on the water to bethat good in a few months..
I feel sorry for you guys over there....looks like you need traffic lights in the water.
Vids are hard to make/edit...time and patience is needed...I am sure you will get better the more you do...Goodonya...
Cheers Billy
