Still carrying a buggered back. Due to lack lustre response I didn't think anyone would be too concerned. Including yourself, I only had one other person enquire about the racing today.

I'm passionate about racing but simply cannot afford a whole day off work with the additional work of cleaning down the gear and boat etc for only a couple of guys.

I'm happy to run them at Pinnaroo as it only takes a few hours and not an entire afternoon but to race at alternative locations, I need some interest from racers and some helpers.

Phil from WAKSA has contacted me with a view to maybe running racing under a WAKSA flag. Their goal is to make it accessible to all riders which means watering down the courses to allow twin tips which kinda makes it a little pointless to run course boards and then hardly resembles course racing.

What do you guys want? I think myself and WAKSA would like to know in order to provide the kind of event you want.

Back is starting to recover and am happy to run a race again but need to know how many people are actually interested and likely to turn up. I need numbers to justify the inconvenience to the remainder of my staff.
