It's all about having fun and taking advantage of all conditions and surfaces.
Getting the kite kit a small as possible with quick transport and a short setup also helps,
I have seen him set up in less than 60 seconds !!! and on the water
I think its cool and shows passion.

yes I actually have one it's call a magic wheel and yes you can use it with a kites.
