At your weight I would not go smaller. I don't really do the wake thing, but I weight 5-10 Kg less and am 5'10", have a 138 X 41 FLX and find it too short. If you have the right angle on the board when landing fast, wake style and big air stuff, I want a longer board again to soften the blow and smooth the landing.....kind of like having longer skis for going fast....mose stability. I used have a 142 FLX and found that board better for me actually. Looking at going Jimmy Lewis next for the little board.

The good wake boys and gals can tell you more I'm sure.

find a lighter 138...... Underground are bringing out a 135 that is supposed to be quite light. Wouldnt go much shorter, but you may want to demo some flatter rockered 132's

Mate I'm your weight and ride a Cab Custom 133. I'll really like this board and suits wakestyle to a tee, which I'm starting to give a crack.
You'll find that with our weight that at this size there has to be a bit of wind before you can really have fun. But when isn't enough that is what my skimboard is for.

Been riding small light boards 4 few years now. Am same weight. Just did a few new boards 4 myself 122x42 and are lighter than anything else out there. Kite at elliot hds so we can get away with smaller boards with tide and flat water. Workin on some new shapes 127-132 would b good allround, just go a bit wider if ya heavier not longer.

Im 95kg and ride the 128cm x 40cm CORONATION carbon PRO, I have also tried 135s and 133s but just love the way I can throw the board around,
Big boards put me off, I guess there is a trend to bigger boards, but its not for me personaly, go for a lighjt wind board or a surfboard as a second board

see SOS in Freo and have a look
