Thumbs Up

Hi
just wondering if anyone has any input to what position is best for a noob like myself and binding placement on the board ,Wide and flat, Wide and lots of angle? Narrow and flat,Narrow and lots of angle?By lots of angle i mean both feet twisted out in oposite directions ,Im asking because im having a bit of trouble riding switch on a TT ,I ride a snowboard switch no worries at all, jumps and carving turns but my bindings on a snowboard are fairly flat and wide compared to what i have my TT set to and every TT ive looked at all seem to have both bindings with a fair bit of angle involved ???Thanks in advance....

I like a wide stance. Most kiteboards generally have a narrow set up so I usually go as wide as possible but everyone is different. Also I run the same angle on both boots set up about 12-14 degrees. It's just abit of toe out.
Start there and see how it feels for you.

i reckon a good rule of thumb is to jump off something like a chair or couch. however your feet land comfortably and naturally is the angle they should be in the bindings. everyone is different, and if you have your feet at an unnatural angle you'll do damage to your ankles, knees and hips

as for width- play with it until you get as wide as possible while still riding comfortably
