anyone kited fiji sigatoka near the river mouth?

Hi heading to fiji next august and staying in sigatoka, anyone kited round there and are there any flatwater spots not real confident in the waves yet, also whats the wind like im 90ks and not sure to take a 9 or 12?

Its a wave spot.
The lagoon down the other end of the beach as a nice flat water spot with the right tide
Two kite dont take up much room so take them both.

plenty of flatish water at high tide but past mid tide getting lower there is a lot of googlies in the water in some places so check them out at low tide.

if you still learning and spend some time with your feet on the bottom them booties are a must.

The river mouth is sand though ;)

Thanks wdric wasnt sure if it was worth the hassle of taking kites for that area will only be there a few days but got to be better then hanging out with inlaws. Anyone know typical wind strength round aug like 15-25kts or 25plus thanks.
