Is this any good for a beginner weighing about 80kg
looks like a c so won't have a great deal of wind range and since you are 80 kegs you'll need over 20 knots to get going on the water
for 200 bucks you could use it as a trainer, probably worth that 
Ask the seller if it if it holds pressure cause at that age the valves might need readhering
well actually for 2008 they were pretty safe though almost uncontrollable when fully depowered.
