Believe it or not, today I was learning my first jumps and my board drifted away and I couldn't get to it as it was way too far. Then a boat stop next to it as I was by the beach and to my disbelief, he pull the board out of the water and.... TOOK OFF..... I m refusing to believe he stole it, he probably will drop the board at SurfFx tomorrow, right? Am I being too hopeful?

There have been soooooooo many boards strangely dissapear from there over the years 
Never seen or heard of losing one under those circumstances tho.......come to think of it, they did look alien like

That's strange I think I saw it happen, I was headed up wind to get it but the boat stopped and (I assume) picked it up out of the water. I recall later seeing you standing on the beach. I thought he had dropped it back to you. If you're down the shearwater tomorrow I drive a silver station wagon (names Curt most of the windsurfers there know me). I recall it wasn't just one guy in the boat too

I was under the impression he/she was going to turn around and return it...
Obviously we were wrong, I have filled a police report and put som ads on lost and found section...
It was an old but in very good nick board, it wouldn't be hard to spot it if it ever appears again. cheers
