Greetings from Aech Sumatra to the KKK... Craig, Jonesy and I are now into our third week here.. Weather has been great.. Wind first 9 days straight.. Having a bit of lull for past 4 days but looks like coming back today .. This location is so relaxing.. Locals are friendliest people on the planet..
Yudis place is a few hundred yards from the beach so makes it nice and easy for us old blokes.. I will put a longer post I about kiting but suffice to say... Oh yeh .. Well worth the trip.. Great rooms at Yudis.. We opted for A/C which for me has been great.. You know me boys .. soft c. ... Food is great... Getting too healthy.. My favourite is BBQ fish... There's a little bloke here by the name of Ali.. Great fish cooker and whacks up a mean sauce to go with it..
Jouko you would love this place.. Everything so inexpensive... We often sit at shack on the beach after a session and knock back a coffee... 2 coffees ( and decent they are ) for equivalent of Aussie 50 cents. Be hard pressed to spend $2 a day.

Im jealous Col, I was meant to be over there with you guys but fractured my tibia wake boarding 7 weeks ago so had to cancel under doctors orders. Have been keeping up with the photos on facebook for aceh kitecamp and looks Jonesy Craig and yourself are having a great time!
Hope the rest of the trip is as good as the start and look forward to seeing more photos and the stories when you all get back!
