I hope it is windy when i see those green arrows a week ahead. I plan my work so i can kite on that day and hope all the elements outside my control (customers, family and wind) line up for a good kite session. Most times the customers and family i can plan around but not the wind!

saw a guy today strap himself to the handrail at freshwater place and launch his kite and 'practise' on the Level 10 lawn. man windy, he dropped the kite in the tree and ripped it to bits. kook. anyone else see it?

Which was good 'cos i'm now sat in Domestic awaiting my flight to sunny Gladstone !!! Anyway I guess it is fortunate as anthing less than the thirty knots (yes, 30 !) and I would probably have missed my flight !!!
