I love winter
Have a 5m especially.
Hopefully we got sh!tloads of fanging NW'ers and 5m swell days..... yum yum.

.....but before winter is Autumn - no wind good swell light easterlys perfect for surf.

I'm starting to think winter is going to be better than this summer might even wear my Bordie's over my steamer.

Me too !! .She is 5 days over due now looking good for baby last night but didn't happen . Yon know those baby bouncers that hang in the door way off a big spring and the kid just bounces up and down ,I'm going to change the seat to a kite bar .

Well just curious. Winter in Cairns means a return of the steady trade winds from south east mostly 20 - 25 knots with regular strong wind warnings 30 knots. Swell 1.5 to 2 metres inside the reef. From April to October that's pretty much guaranteed week in week out with not much rain.

I'm reading you southerner's eager for winter. What's the general conditions you lot get?

Looking at the reno's to the shop it's more than one SUP, he's definitely crossed to the darkside with the SUP rowing machine contraption he has now.
