Is that wind I see next week in WA? God I hope so, what a crap of a winter we have had so far...except for a few great days...but all round, crap! This is early may weather!! Come on!
But generally a winter like this is followed by a wicked summer wind season, this would have to be the worst mid west winter for wind in a long while, time to look into a paraglider
Seriously crap.. Where have the fronts gone? Not even any easterlies to play with. At least it's giving my tennis elbow a chance to heal:)

Stuff the wind, Perth has had the most consistent winter surf since I can remember. In the last 2 months I've seen waves around Perth close to perfection you would see in puerto Escondido
Yeh true the ground swells have been great. But my knee has kept me out of action!

mmm, well I missed nearly all of them
although, have had some smoking waves DS - many locals away in the north, waiting.... for the normal frontal swells.
Fewer surfers in the lineup DS may have something to do with more shark sightings too ??
