Me

I wear sunnies, a helmet, vest, long sleeve rashy, seat harness and loads of zinc. I also fly 2005 C kites and (even though I'd give my lefty to afford a new kite) I have a great time doin my own ting. According to certain folks I also set a very pedestrian pace setting up cause I like to be safe n sure.

Yep - I am a supa-kook and frankly it is waaaayy more fun than being a hard-core boardies over wetty type of geezer. Keep it kooky folks, the smiles come easier and more often for kooksters.

I'm right with you mr funky super Kooks are where its at

Right that's it.. I am planning an all-weekend kiting extravaganza that only kooks can attend.

You are welcome if you:

Have old 2nd hand gear

Ride for fun - not worship

Don't give a fig whether anyone else is 'into' wake/freeride/waves/twinnies/foils/bows etc etc

Take precautions and share the water with others

Get stoked when a mate pulls off their 1st boost or gets up for the 1st time

Wear every manner of safety and health preserving accessories (there is a strong correlation between kooks and brains - they tend to live longer - and happier - also)

Can't wipe the smile off your kooky dial after each sesh

So when should we have the inaugeral 'Kookstock'

BTW - There will be safety yellow prizes n giveaways for the person judged "uber-kook' on the day

I like the idea of a kooks only extravaganza! That way I can show off my one and a half metre boost with pride.
Everone has to body drag at least 15m out before board starting.
A good excuse to dig out my old 2002 fuel from the shed, that`ll be fun.

KookStock ? Not sure about the "when" but the "where" would have to be Safety Bay. Or maybe Woodies - if only for the pun - "KookStock at Woodies".

Hey how about this weekend ? Not much wind - probably perfect for kooking....?
