to my knowledge no one actually stocks spare bladders... you can imagine if a shop started to stock spare bladder for every kite brand, model and size they sell they would be left with 98% unsold bladders over the years. If you can find one in the country you'd simply be lucky, but it's possible.
Is the damage so bad that it can't be fixed with tear-aid or new valves?

They have your bladder for $83 Euros and they say you can get it in within 10 days, perhaps you can contact them so see if faster shipping is available.
