Last year I travelled with a DaKine bag which could split into 2 halves and I carried my kite gear in the bottom and clothes in the top. It was pretty good, but could have used a bit more rigidity to make it easier to wheel around.
Has anyone got/seen any new travel bags that they really like? Ones that can hold 2 kites, lines, pump, board and then clothes in a separate section. Thinking about it again for a trip coming up.
Kitepower have a good selection of golf bags. I got mine from there before I left for Cyprus and it worked a treat. All sorts of makes and sizes etc...
How long is your Board? If you look around there's quite a few standard size golf bags that can fit all the kite gear that are well padded. If you strap the board to the bottom side of the bag that gives you your regidity.
I use a NSI deciver golf bag but the missus uses a regular golf bag and whe rides a 125, my 135 doesn't quite fit in a standard golf bag.
Hey O.
with your Dakine bag does the board give it whole lot of rigidity?? I'm assuming it doesn't improve it a whole lot.. I'm also looking at getting a new gear bag..leaning towards either the Dakine split one that you have or a Naish Golf roller..
thanks..
