Hi ![]()
I'm an exchange student from Norway.
I have been in the Illawarra/Wollongong region for a month now, but there's very rarely enough wind to get the kite on the water. I've been out only two times, simply because there haven't been conditions for any more. I'm just wondering; is this normal, or has this month just been unusually low on wind? Is it seasonal winds in the area, and will it blow more often as the summer get closer?
What also frustrates me is the BOM forecast. Often it says 30+ kmh winds (which is what I need) but it's almost never correct... Arghhh ![]()

It might work better if you put your kite in the sky rather than on the water...
Welcome to sea breeze...![]()
