Hey peeps, I have a rare chance to go kiting while I'm at Werri beach at Christmas. Any recommendations on where to go kiting near there for a rusty but otherwise experienced kiter?
Thanks heaps, I'm super keen to get on the water!

You can do some great down winders from Gerroa to Shoalhaven heads in NE wind, or you can just head to the Berry carpark and kite there, or Shoalhaven Heads. Jervis Bay is close by if you aren't into waves, head to Moona Creek. Friendly vibe. Have fun!

Yes, most peeps just head on further south to Gerroa.

But Werri on it's day can be fun. It's only waves and the shore break can get interesting to navigate. If your not into waves the Gerroa side is easier.

N - NE winds are the best. Middle of the beach most suitable to pump up . It's Easy to find. Enjoy.
