Waksa and signage.if you tell kiters where to kite aren't you assuming responsibility if something goes wrong where you sent them.
I don't think so waksa simply inform you we're you are permitted to kite the councils are the ones which determine we're and when you can kite. Waksa represents kite surfers and fights to keep some places open the information they give us is just to ensure kite surfers follow the guide lines set out in that area to keep it open. I think anyway someone can correct me if I'm wrong. They also give you public liability insurance, probably time I became a member
Jimmijaz - WAKSA doesn't make or enforce any of the rules. They have worked with the kiting community, local councils and other stakeholders in producing their location guidelines. They were designed with safety and ongoing access in mind but its up to the kiter whether they obey them or not.

I wouldn't think it possible to hold them liable for accidents occurring within kiting areas. Nor would you want them to be. Otherwise next thing you know, anyone who suggests any activity in any location could be liable for anything bad ever happening..
