Have just been browsing eBay (generally not a good thing ) and came across an item called a Turbo Launcher, which claims to take the pain out of running out your lines, and can be used to set up and launch from the water, or a site of limited area. It is distributed by Surf Connect and can be seen on their website.

Has anyone used one of these gizmo's

If YES, what do you think of it?
Worth the $$$ outlay ?
Does it do what it claims?

Ive got one and Im sure it works well - but I havent been able to make it do what it should... can make it work ok with a trainer kite though... but a big kite... a bit of a headache... then again Padi may be able to set you straight!

Watch the videos, practise it 4-5 times then you will be able to use it with ease and never have to walk your lines again! Great for boat launches too.

MY, I have one and I haven't used it. You're welcome to trial it.

why? if you pack your bar up right, it takes 2 minutes to walk your lines out. Is it just me or are people incredibly lazy?
