NSW was good... what are you on about. It's never real windy this time of year in NSW, was windy when it was meant to be though.

I reckon nsw was pretty good this season. the south coast had many days with 25 knot seabreezes and many more with 20 knots. The southerlies should start coming through more regularly soon. Best summer for a few years me thinks.
Still winter here, but I've had my fat ass out on a 7m a lot too :) there was even one day when I parked it up cos I was over-powered 
You might have the wind over there, and lots of sharks... oh and NoBs and Euros and no parking and too many kites.

You kited QLD this season? It's been up and down as usual, but we've just come off the longest consistent spell I've ever had. Only missed 2 days in 16. At the moment I'm only flying a 10m and I weigh 85kg.
south coast nsw has been great all year. If it gets any better I don't know when I will have time to do anything else. I just went through my diary and counted 32 days of kiting since Jan 1. Nov and Dec were okay too. So I don't know where in NSW you are, but we are doing just fine thank you very much.
I would rate this year as the best since I started kiting.

Moved back to northern nsw after 3 years west.
Bought a 14m but my 10m been the work horse and I've used my AR 6m wave more than the 14m.
Best ever exploring surf breaks in down winders, N Burleigh to Kirra, Kingscliff to Hastings Point, Brunswick Heads to Hastings Point (southerly).
Had swell conditions like Hells Gates.
When the wind drops the local sand banks have been really good.
Friendly crew or friendly few.
Really missing friends and conditions of the west but so far my itch is being scratched.
