Will light a candle for being still around

A girl ( some student of photography) took few photos of me kiting at Shoalwater. A year later I zoomed in to check my body position in the air during a jump - holly fu&$ck, there was a beast right behind me in the wake of my board!!!

Check out the lower left corner of the zoomed in photo.. perhaps will watch the sunset from the shore from now on ??
Good incentive to land your jumps

Terrifying. This photo will probably go viral and stop a few people from learning to kite.

I'm not an expert and the photo is not that clear, but it looks like a dolphin to me (self reassurance )

I'm not sure wat I'm looking for . . . All I can see is a great white dorsal fin which when extrapolated out over distance would be 4-5m in length. . . . If that's not a motivator to land ur jumps nothing is. . . .

Apologies for the confusion, it was the end of Carnival dress up party, all dolphins were wearing shark fins that night

You would of been safe anyways.Great whites generally only eat surfers, divers and polish/australian engineers. . . . . . That can land their jumps

Fark - forget your buttersoft landings... You need more float

That is an awesome photo and story as well.

Again, not an expert, but it does NOT look like a dolphin fin. The peak looks too sharp and what I've seen of dolphins their's are more rounded.

A serious motivator to boost and just not land at all :)

As a photographer my money would be on it being a few pixels - interpolation .

But don't let that get in the way of a shark story
