Honestly cant get over the price of hot cross buns

I eat them for... sacred religious reasons, but I cant afford them.
Why are the chocolate ones so expensive, sultanas aren't cheap either.

because bakers know they are so damn delicious and you will probably buy them regardless so they grab you by the short and curleys and work you for what you got

Just spotted on a Ninemsn poll they want to increase the price of chocolate to abolish child labour.

6x Hot cross buns are going to sky rocket in value next year.

Should we start a pole to decrease the cost of Child Labour and decrease the cost of Chocolate.

I got paid nothing when I was 15 yo so that older fat dudes could enjoy a big mac at $2.50, and today children should do the same.

Guys we all know we are being ripped off by the bakers in OZ, so why don't you look at importing them from the US. with the exchange rate at the moment and the fact most brands of bread produce are about half price there, it makes sense to by pass the local baker and import some yourself. If you import less than $1000 there is no import duty. You may find that some bakers in the States wont ship outside of America, because they are trying to protect the profits of local wheat importers, but I have found a way around this. Last time I got the buns sent to a US freight forwarding company in the States and they then forwarded the gear onto me. This has worked well in the past and the cost is no more than the Baker would have charged for freight.
By the way dont try this with kite gear
