Went for a kite surf at Diicko (Newcastle) today. In a hurry. Wind dropping. Storm coming.
Young bloke came up and offered to help me. I asked you if you had launched a kite before. You said yes and you had just started kiting, with a 12m kite.

Anyway, I was a bit distracted and not appreciative enough. That's not the kite surfing way. I have had nothing but friendliness and beyond-the-call-of-duty help in this sport. So a BIG thank you mate. I really appreciate it and you launched it perfectly.

Thanks!

(I hope you, or someone who knows you, reads this.)

I was there talking to Lach around the time you got there, think he went to Nobbys, (I have some minor repairs to board to do so didnt go out) plan B was a beer at the Beaches and i saw you out :)
Looked like a good little light session before the storm thats rolling in now.

Im sure you will bump into the young guy again to say thanks
