Hitting the high 30's at times we stuck to the twin tips on this gusty cold day.

Good vid guys! It's good to see some video of places off the beaten track.

I also like the way Sebol's avitar was keeping the beat almost all the way through the clip.

it is such a waste to see good waves not ridden by a surfboard

Hey thanks, glad you guys dig the vid. It's a top spot, if not a little intimidating at times, both wind, creatures and swell.

Chadster - There's heaps going to waste down here and plenty of waves for you to come and ride on your surfboard.

We would've loved to get the surfboards into it but with wind that holey and gusty it just wasn't going to happen for us. I don't care for straps on my surfboard (I dont have any), let alone dying in the Southern Ocean just to look like a hero.

Since you asked Tobes the water temp for our session today in the NW was about 21c. I was boiling in my spring suit! Marrawahs a little cooler but not too bad. Took the 09 Ozone sport+ 9m for a session today, cannot wait for the lights. It was crowded on the 10km beach today with 6 kites out, 25 knots, sunshine and nice headhigh waves! How are my kites, I miss them?

Do you work for tourism Tasmania or something? Sounds like a postcard. One day.....
Your kites are loving it here, they don't seem homesick, the smell of Tasmanian rotting bull kelp and whale stranding has finally washed off, they're getting lots of exercise, big downwinders and I'm hoping to find a 5m little brother or sister for them to play with.

A 5m, don't they feed you in NSW!
