G'day guys had my first session today on my new 8m Ids switchy. Freakin fantastic kite although i found that everytime i went to hook back in the chicken loop would be blocked by the finger preventing me from hooking back in. Have any of you experianced the same thing and what have you done to fix it?. I tried just folding it out of the way but thats a temp fix at best. It is crispy new though so im not sure if it will just get better with time.
Cheers
A lot of guys use a cable tie to lock the finger back to the red release thingy...
This does 2 things - Keeps it out of the way, and makes the C-loop stay solid and not flip down....
Then you've just gotta chop the cable tie if you need the finger at any point in time...
^^^ interesting idea. but i do enjoy a semi inverted roll while boosting occasionally so id definately prefer to keep it accesable. Might do that with a velcro tieback.
Wet the whole chicken loop and the donkey d1ck.... a good soaking...then lay the loop flat on the ground and bend the donkey d1ck up ( is actually down when you turn the loop around to its riding position ) .........place a brick ontop of it so it is bent back on itself and slightly off centre with the bend near the d1ck attachment....is this making sense........ leave it for a few days to dry out and presto ....you have a loop with a d1ck attachment which stays out of the way but is right there for when you need it.
