Strong spring tides, prevailing 'easterlies' and a strong 'high' pressure zone. All combine to drop the water level low.
Doesn't matter anyway as there's no wind!

steve the peel inlet was even worse . we had to walk , no shuffle 100m through weed . was stupid and then to top it all off got arsefarked by a cobbler . This was right by the cut .
I hit multiple little sand banks out in the inlet on the raceboard . Made for some interesting stacks .
