The Swan Estuary Reserve Action Group (aka "Environmental Focus Group" ) have it in for kiters. All retirees with no actual information about kiting but a whole lot of time on their hands. It would be interesting to know if anything they say at these government forums is taken seriously. Is WAKSA still going to these things?
