"Isnt that a bit personal?"

I dunno is it?
I usually just reply with, I'm just glad I don't have to fly this thing with my c#ck because I would kitelooping all over the place.

Where's the Motor?

Does that hurt? (in crumpled heap waiting to be taken to hospital with suspected ruptured spleen and brocken ribs) nah i'm f'n fine.

What happens when you crash?

And my all time favourite which can be substituted with all extreme sports.

Why do you do that?

Ive had "Yeh i've flown a kite too but found it boring and nerdy" and "you should try that with a buggy. Seen that before and it looks hard core" and the winner for me was comming back home to see a 14meter kite up and down on the footy oval at the university so drove into ground just in time to watch this idiot slide through on his face for a point. I ran up grabbed the kite and found out these blokes had found the kite on the beach around frankton somewhere and decided to give it a crack. I said to go down to a beach and get some lessons to which rocket scientist said "but I thought the sand and water would wreck the kite" I was so tempted to re launch his kite and let Darwin sort it out.

while setting up at a beach in north WA 3 guys rock up in a ute..........
they pull out a 'kite' and start setting up a kite they found in their dad's shed
'can you give us a quick lesson'
'no you need lessons and they should never be quick' (and can you go 'kite' somewhere else so you don't piss me off on my first kite in months)
'oh ok'
they continue setting up so i sit and wait to see how dangerous it's going to be
'can you just let me know what i'm doing wrong'
'everything.............and do you see those power lines............' (10 m downwind)

i sit and watch waiting for natural selection to unfold.....unfortunately nature is kind and the wind dies
