Had my car broken into out the front of my house last night in Beldon, Perth and they stole my:

green 10m 2010 C4 (was in a 15m C4 bag)
blue 7m 2010 C4
and 2 sets of bar and lines (one is a custom 20m line set done by me)
pretty old white pat love harness
and some sweet core jam singlets ;)

The twats didn't get anything other than kite gear and some loose change.
So perth crew please keep a look out as im sure these kites will turn up somewhere, most likely cash converters or gumtree...

My New Years resolution is to practice my baseball swing for when these little s@#$s return!!

New year's resolution should be: however tired you are, put your gear inside, The same thing happened to me about 6 months ago. Sorry for your loss.Windsurfing takes about 30 mins to pack up, yet we both advertised salable stuff in our cars.. I lost a 10m RPM canopy only. I saw at woodies the other day his Iphone S4 gone. It was in the centre console part for all wannabee assmasters to see. Gone!

I feel for you mate

Sorry to hear Able. I'll pop into my local crime converters next time I'm past and see if they've had any of your gear come in.

Yeh that's just farqed! Work hard for cash to buy ya kites and low life's take it. Mother Farqers! If ya catch em keep em in your garage for a while call us up so i can come and have swing as well, because the system will do little.

'oh, he had a terrible relationship with is father, it's not his fault'... mother farqer left wing let's ride the hippy peace train of rehabilitation... Society has gone soft, something has to crack soon. Inlaws had there house broken into night before last night as well, while they were down here in mandurah. They cut the power, took cash, jewelry and left two fridges with spoilt food and bait.

Stop making excuses for people who don't take responsibility for their own actions, 'oh he has a certain gene that makes him steal' - my god where are we going with genetic determinism...

Davo is right, learn ya lesson, no kites in cars dude - I never even take two kites to beach, learn ya wind, take right kite. I actually parked cars out back last night as well, crazy night new years.

Oh well some 2012 ozones are needed!!

WA is just farqed!

Where I live people don't even know what a kite is used for, let alone they're worth $1500ish.

The loved knocking off dirt bikes though!

Other than a broken window with glass and blood all through my car there is a good ending to this incident

Just had a guy that lives a few suburbs away leave a note at my house to ring him about stolen kite gear. A phone call and a carton of beer later I have got all my gear back and a big smile on my face!

Turns out the police he rang after finding the gear in his local park didnt give too hoots so he went through it all and found my service record book for my car. That the idiots thought was valuble and tracked me down. Bloody Legend!!!

They had also had thier car broken into as well this week.

I would like to get that badge number. To not even bother looking to see if there was an identifying number or marking (or in this case your service log) is piss poor. Really glad to hear you got it back man. Pays to know your neighbors.

Great news mate, I'm only round the corner that's motivated me to put a bigger lock on the shed aswell as the cage just installed on the van windows. Few cars have been done at mullaloo so keep away from the carparks and stick to the verge.

Good news Abesy and good on the guy for getting in contact with you.

Yep must be school holidays again.

There has been kite bags stolen of the beach at Mullaloo during school holidays in the past (mine was one of them with nothing in it but a pump) so try to leave nothing in them and they will get sick of it but if they keep finding phones and wallets they will keep doing it.
