Parked my kite on top of the biggest tree in Melville yesterday..couldnt get it down with wind skewering it to the tree..went back this morning more prepared to retreive it from 24m up..but someones have already been there between 5pm and 8am this morning.

For your information I left the beach on dark around 7:30pm last night and it was still there.
Maybe that Old Mole Janet from the conservation group/council at Mellvile got up there and removed it.
She probably made a Gazebo out of it for Xmas!! Anyone for Canape's and Vuerve Cliquot in her back garden this Christmas?
Will more than likely have been taken down by Melville Council Ranger or the like....would start with phoning the council. V unlikely that someone would go to that trouble to steal what is likely a wrecked kite.....
