Hi,

Does anyone know where I could buy (online preferably) a large piece of sticky back. I have torn my rebel right next to one of the battens, so I was hoping to sticky back which overlapped 100mm either side. Most of the stuff I could find on the web was tape which I think will be too narrow.

Cheers,

Pete.

Hi Pete

Tear Aid tape will fix it. Its clear, and sticks much more tenaciously than stickyback, can be oversewn later if need be too. However it will make a permanent repair and will not need sewing in most cases.

I have stickyback in black, in stock too.

Also Kitefix, is amazing, I've repaired dozens of kite now with this stuff and I'm very impressed with how well it works.
The kite can be used in less than 2 hrs.
