Went for my first kite today for the season at St Kilda after work. The contractors who built the temporary sea road for the Yacht berth reconstruction have left heaps of rocks in the shallows of the shore line. Quiet dangerous considering its such a small area and so many kiters cover almost all the area, someone is bound to get hurt. Knowing what the St Kilda council is like nothing will be done until its too late. So be careful of the rocks if your going to kite there.
