1) Can PKR advise please the make-up of the foundation committee/board – I can’t find this info on your website and it’s always good to know who’s involved with an organisation?
2) Further to the document from KA yesterday, can PKR officials advise, what (if any) steps the club has taken so far to formally affiliate to KA? If it hasn’t yet done so, does PKR plan to affiliate to KA?
3) The different disciplines in our great sport attract crew for different reasons, and those who know me will know that course racing doesn’t excite me, yet I find myself vaguely interested in TT racing.
My understanding of the kite racing scene is that accumulation of points, based on placing in races, go towards national and possibly international rankings (very happy to be corrected if this isn’t the case?)
Given that PKR does not yet appear to be affiliated to KA, can PKR advise what ‘standing’ any races planned for season 2014/15 might have in relation to national and international rankings?
4) Will PKR events be open to kiters who aren’t members of PKR, but prepared to pay a fee to attend/participate?

Bump....
It can't be that hard to answer four simple questions? There wasn't even wind over the w/end to use as an excuse.
We working through some updates, will share as details are locked down. Anything urgent shoot me a note.

Is sail Townsville on?
Not listed on the KA (AKSA) event page.http://aksa.com.au/eventsI wonder what we can do about that, any prospective participants looking at the national bodies website wont think we have anything happening ![]()

For international ranking points they would need to hold an event which satisfys the IKA requirements which are pretty clearly displayed on the IKA website.. Most of the guys know Marcus and would I assume talk to him directly, if they wanted to sort that out.. Having said that I doubt racing at a club level would have any affect on rankings beyond their club championship/point score...
P.s. The Perth boys are pretty fast at Kite Townsville
